Shipping policy

At Boss Babe Nails, each set is created with intention. Because our press-on nails are hand-painted, shipping timelines differ from mass-produced products.

All Boss Babe Nails sets are hand-painted and customized to the nail shape you select. Please allow approximately 14 business days for creation and preparation before your order ships. This timeframe allows our artists to focus on detail, quality, and finish. Orders are processed in the order they are received, and creation time cannot be expedited.

Once your order has completed the creation process, it will ship according to the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated shipping times after creation are 3–5 business days for standard shipping. Expedited shipping options, if available, will be calculated at checkout. Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier delays that are outside of our control.

Total delivery time includes both creation and shipping. For most orders, you can expect delivery within approximately 14–20 business days from your processing date, depending on your shipping method and destination. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label has been created.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Boss Babe Nails is not responsible for shipping delays or fees caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Because all sets are made to order, we are unable to guarantee delivery by specific dates or events. Orders cannot be modified once production has begun. Boss Babe Nails is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
