Shipping & Production Policy
Boss Babe Nails press-on sets are made to order and hand-painted with care. Please allow 14-21 days for production before your order ships.
Production begins after checkout and is separate from carrier transit time. This gives us time to create, finish, and quality-check your set before packaging.
Shipping methods
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Standard Shipping: our standard domestic shipping option.
- Skip The Line - 10 Day Shipping: an upgraded shipping option available for eligible domestic orders. This option applies after production and does not shorten the 14-21-day production window unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.
Orders of $150 or more qualify for free shipping when the free-shipping option is available at checkout.
Shipping timeline
Carrier delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by destination, weather, holidays, or delays outside our control. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours after label creation for tracking updates to appear.
Delivery information
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. Boss Babe Nails is not responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete address information submitted at checkout.
If you need your nails for a specific date or event, order early and account for both the 14-21-day production window and carrier transit time.
Sizing before ordering
If you are unsure of your size, review our Sizing Guide or order a Sizing Kit before purchasing a full nail set. Incorrect size selection is not eligible for refund or replacement.
