Welcome to Boss Babe Nails, a division of The Boss Babe Company. By placing an order or accessing our site, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product use

Our press-on nails are for personal, cosmetic use only. Boss Babe Nails is not responsible for reactions or damage caused by improper application or removal.

2. Payments

Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

3. Production and order processing

Boss Babe nail sets are made to order. Unless a product page states otherwise, please allow 14-21 days for production and processing before your order ships. Weekends, holidays, order volume, and the complexity of a design may affect the timeline within that window.

4. Shipping

Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery timing depends on the shipping method and carrier. Boss Babe Nails is not responsible for carrier delays or packages confirmed delivered by the carrier. Review our Shipping & Production Policy for additional details.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Boss Babe Nails is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.
